§ 1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all memberships with BusinessFriends Germany GmbH, Franz-Ziwey-Ring 18, 78333 Stockach.

 

§ 2 Membership

(1) Any natural or legal person residing or domiciled in Germany may become a member.

(2) Only regular memberships exist.

(3) Membership begins with the written confirmation of the membership application by BusinessFriends Germany GmbH.

 

§ 3 Membership fees and payment terms

(1) The amount of the membership fees and payment terms are specified in the currently valid price list on the application form.

(2) Payments shall be made by bank transfer.

(3) The fees shall be paid at the intervals specified in the application form.

 

§ 4 Termination of membership

(1) Membership may be terminated in writing by either party with three months' notice to the end of the minimum contract period.

(2) Shares are held exclusively by organisers; regular members do not acquire any shares.

 

§ 5 Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate data protection declaration.

 

§ 6 Confidentiality

Members undertake to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the separate confidentiality agreement.

 

§ 7 Final provisions

(1) Members shall be notified in writing of any changes to these General Terms and Conditions.

(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
